Mr. Viola is a 1970 graduate of Niagara
University(BA)and a 1975 graduate of Creighton University School
of Law (JD). He has been admitted to practice in New York State
since
 1976,
and has also been admitted to practice in the Federal Court (WDNY).
He has over 27 years experience concentrating primarily in the
areas of personal injury and criminal law. Mr. Viola has
attained several settlements and awards in excess of
$1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars) on behalf of injured
clients.
Additionally, he has secured numerous acquittals on behalf of
his clients on charges as serious as murder, assault and
controlled substance trafficking. For these reasons, many
attorneys in the Western New York area refer their clients to
Mr. Viola for representation in the area of personal injury and
criminal law.
Mr. Viola is a member of the American Bar Association, New York
State Bar Association, Niagara Falls Bar Association, Niagara
County Bar Association, as well as the American Trial Lawyers
Association (ATLA).
