Mr. Skoney is a 1980 graduate of the University of Dayton; and a
1984 graduate of the State University of New
York at Buffalo Law School. He has been admitted to practice in
New York State since 1985 and in the Federal District Court since 1985.
With over
20 years of experience representing hundreds of personal injury
clients at all levels
of the justice system, including New York State Supreme Court,
Mr. Skoney has obtained several settlements in excess of
$1,000,000 on behalf of his clients.
 Michael
Skoney maintains membership in the NY State Bar Association,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America,
the New York State Trial Lawyers Association,
and the Western Region Affiliate of the New York State Trial
Lawyers Association
Mr. Skoney has been active in a number of community
organizations including serving as School Board President for
the City of Tonawanda for nine years. He resides in
Tonawanda, New York.
