Mr. Lindsay is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1988 and a graduate of the University of Toledo School of Law (JD) in 1991. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992, as well as, the Federal District Court (WDNY) and Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Lindsay has been practicing before the Workers' Compensation Board and Social Security Administration for over 13 years.

In addition to the Worker Compensation and Social Security Disability practice, Mr. Lindsay has maintained a full civil calendar including civil litigation, real estate matters and personal injury. Mr. Lindsay is a member of the Niagara Public Defenders Office - Family Court Division for over 10 years.

Mr. Lindsay is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), NYS Bar Association, Niagara Falls Bar Association, Niagara and Erie County Bar Associations and the Injured Workers' Bar Association, Niagara Falls Bar Association Judicial Ratings Committee member.
